Psychological Capital Appreciation is performed a positive mental state in the growth and development of Mankind's individual.It overalls the human capital and social capital and becomes a core element.In addition,it's a psychological resources which can promote personal growth and improvement of performance.Learning Engagement is a state of a man who is immersed in psychology and affection.Learning Engagement can product the positive emotion and let students have the strong feelings of happiness,delight,optimistic and confidence,then promote their mental health,improve their learning efficiency.Students will study better and faster.Mental Health is a state of mental function,which means that individual can harmonize physiology,psychology with society and keep favorable.All of these can make a difference to students' academic achievements.They also can effect on academic directly or in-directly,but every part can make different influence.This study measured and investigated 1171 students by adopting Mental Capital Scale,the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale,Mental Health Scale of junior school students,discussed the relationship between mental capital,Learning Engagement and Academic Achievements.The research findings suggest:1.In the matter of the Academic Achievements,high school students have remarkable discrepancy on sexuality,major,the demographic variables of the student source region.Girls are better boys.Liberal arts students are more exceeding than science students.The students in villages and towns are higher than those in the cities.a general family is better than a well-heeled family.2.As for the Psychological Capital,sexuality and family seem to be few differences.However,there are some distinct differences on the major and student source region,learning arts students and science students in cities are lower than students in villages.3.There is no significant difference between Demographic Variables and Learning Engagement.4.About the level of Mental Health,the major and student source region haveobvious discrepancies.Science students are higher than liberal arts,students in villages are higher than students in cities.5.Psychological Capital,Learning Engagement and Mental Health can generate the direct prediction function on Academic Achievements.In addition,they have the evident association.6.Psychological Capital has the direct Predict Function on Academic Achievement.it also can make effect on Learning Engagement and Mental Health in some degree.7.High school students' Learning Engagement is the metavariable,which can influence Mental Health.At the same time,it's also a variate to let Psychological Capital influences scholastic attainment.8.About the effect of Psychological Capital on Academic Achievement,Mental Health has Masking Effect.
