The teaching practice ability of the music teachers in primary and secondary schools is the key factor to promote the development of the basic music education and improve the quality of the basic music education.The major of music education in normal universities is the main position to cultivate the teachers of basic music education.However,the teaching practice ability of the music teachers in primary and secondary schools does not meet the needs of basic music education to some extent.The fundamental reason lies in the fact that the major of music education in normal universities has not been able to fully realize the docking with the basic music education.This article will proceed from the actual demand of the basic music education for the teaching practice ability,based on the present teaching situation of the music teachers in the primary and middle schools.Combined with the present situation of the teaching practice ability of the students majoring in music education in normal universities and the training plan of the music education major in normal universities,the paper analyzes the causes of the disconnection between the teaching practice ability of music education majors in normal colleges with the basic music education.This paper puts forward corresponding suggestions for the cultivation of teaching practice ability of music education major in teachers’ colleges and universities.How to cultivate the students’ teaching practice ability to meet the needs of basic music education is the problem that this thesis tries to solve.This paper starts from the following four aspects.Chapter 1 is the introduction,including five parts: the origin of the topic,the research significance,the research status,the research method,and the innovation.Chapter 2 is the summary of teaching practice ability,including the teaching practice ability definition and the teaching practice ability content two parts.Chapter 3 is a disjointed phenomenon of the teaching practice ability of music education major in normal University and the reason analysis.Starting with the teaching contents of basic music education,the author investigates and analyzes the present situation of music teachers’ teaching in primary and secondary schools.It leads to the disconnection between the cultivation of teaching practice ability of musiceducation specialty and the demand of basic music education skill,and analyzes the reasons for it.Chapter 4 is the cultivation strategy of teaching practice ability of music education major in normal universities,and provides suggestions for the cultivation of teaching practice ability of music education major in normal colleges.
