China's real estate advertisement has been developing and booming in the recent years due to the government's political and economic support to the real estate industry.It has evolved from the primary single tofu-like advertisement into nowadays comprehensive and overall advertisement plan, incorporating planning, publicizing and marketing, which, in reverse, further the development of real estate industry greatly.However, although it has been splendid,some mistaken ideas and problems of creative planning occurs because of the interaction and influence of politics,economy,culture,region,commumer target and the like.Some advertisement only highlight the sell points blindly,or use the hybrid of Chinese and foreign languages in the building planning,hoping to present the joint of alien culture and Chinese traditional culture together. Therefore,all this kind of thoughts lead to the following problems:The real estate advertisements aim at the whole market,without a definite target;There shows no creativity in the advertisements;The advertisements are simply made, and the information communication are not accurate;The figures of speech are inproperly used;False advertisements remain incessant after repeated prohibition;Notion sensationalization emerge in an endless stream;Consumerism spread without any constraint... The problems and mistaken ideas also include vulgarism in publication,seeking nothing but profit,and fully westernisation while drawing in experience.At the same time,false advertisement put the real estate business under a faith crisis.The real estate industry is an important pillar industry for expanding domestic demand.It's development places an irreplacable role in promoting other related industry, as well as the whole national economy. However, since the competition has become more and more intense, how to make the developed building stand out and how to attract the consumers to purchase their buildings have become the major concern of the developers after they developed the real estate.One of the most important part is the creative planning of real estate advertisement. Consequently,a healthy developed real estate advertisement industry has an indispensable effect on selling.A deep insight and analysis in the mistaken ideas and problems of the present real estate advertisement creative planning in China is significant for the healthy development of the whole real estate advertisement industry.
