| Creative real estate industry has been booming all over the world as well as the development of creative Industry. As an important branch of the real estate industry, creative real estate industry opens up a new path for the development of real estate industry. Not only has this new industry model provided Economic Value to creative industry, but also instilled fresh elements and vigor into the real estate industry. As a new industry format, the study of this new form of creative real estate industry is still relatively scarce and has a very important practical significance to make in-depth research.Firstly, this essay reviews the current research on the subjects of creative industry, industrial convergence and the convergent theory of real estate industry and creative industry both here and abroad. Secondly, based on that theory, it uses systematology theory to analyze the features of real estate industry and creative industry, build creative Real Estate industry convergence development process model and studies the mode of creative Real Estate industry convergence development, which get4macro modes and5micro modes. Thirdly, taking Xiamen as the example, questionnaire method and expert interviews are adopted in this case study. The final index system including3first-grade indexes and12second-grade indexes was set up. This thesis chooses the method of AHP to determine the index weight, which gets the macro development mode and direction of creative real estate industry in Xiamen. The essay analyzes the situation of real estate industry and creative industry utilizing SWOT strategy estimation method, which gets the micro development mode and direction of creative real estate industry in Xiamen.
