In the field of oral teaching in teaching Chinese as a foreign language, it's rare to find the descriptive research on Chinese oral fluency.The quantitative analysis of Chinese oral fluency is more difficult to see.Based on the past researches at home and abroad,this research measures the developmental degree of Chinese oral fluency of some Chinese learners from School of International Culture Exchange of Fudan University in one term,which is conducted by quantitative test.The result of this test proves that in the condition of continuous input of Chinese language,speaking rate,articulation rate,mean length of run(syl) and average length of pause are highly changed,which indicates development of Chinese learners' oral fluency. However,every one has their own cases.What's more,this research also analyses the reasons for oral fluency development.The dialectical relationship among fluency,accuracy and complexity,the factors in classroom teaching,individual difference and the exposure to Chinese after class are regards to be responsible for the learners' fluency.A variety of advice is put forward to to provide some practical experience to Chinese teacher to understand the features of learner's development of Chinese.
