Through the methods of conducting examination, questionnaires, interviews, class observations and comparative analysis, and through relevant scientific statistical methods, the thesis herein has made an objective analysis on word guess play in vocabulary class for international Chinese teaching. Studies in this article include:words testing level of experimental class will compare with controlled class; oral Chinese fluency and accuracy of experimental class will compare with controlled class through transverse comparison and longitudinal comparison; discoveries from class experimental leaching. Through the above research, in order to summarize the significance and shortcomings of this teaching method, and meanwhile perfect the teaching overall design to guiding the teaching.The article is divided into eight chapters.The preface:In the preface, the article primarily stated the background of its selected studying theme, significance of the research, research methods and some basic information of our studying.Chapter 1:The related research. There is little research about guess play in teaching Chinese as the second language, so this chapter will review the research results in language teaching that had used guess game.Chapter 2 and Chapter 3:Summarize the theoretical basis and basic principles of this teaching method, which will conduct how to do the guess play in vocabulary teaching class.Chapter 4:The teaching overall design. In this chapter, based on the former research outcome, we will show the teaching overall design to conduct class teaching.Chapter 5:Research on teaching experiment. In this chapter, the article stated research object, research method and research process and research results. It is proved by the experimental results that the guessing play can improve most students' Chinese fluency and accuracy, and the word overall level (test result) of experimental class is higher than controlled class. At the same time, we got the first-hand information from the class teaching.Chapter 6 and Chapter 7:It will summarize the significance and shortcomings of this teaching method.Chapter 8:The conclusion.
