When the Pacific war took place. This thesis used some kinds of newspaper and magazines about new treaties between China and UK, China and the US, and focus on different social groups recognitions of the same thing.I believe that after the sino-Britian and sino-America treaties were signed, China great power status and ideology began to emerge. But different social classes thought of China's big country status differently. From the government's point of view, the new treaties symbolice China got equal international status, but society believed optimistically that China had been a regional great power. When it came to Four-G meeting in Moscow, government proposed the conception of Four-power and responsibilities, but civil media thought China should become a great power; When it came to Francisco constituent Assembly, when China became an founder of the UN and arrange the world order after World war two, China's government and society shared the common conception for the first time:China, as an international major country should lead the world after the world war two.
