The Xiketelihala ritual in Jilin Jiutai is mainly spread in Mangka Manchus Township, Dongha and Hujia Xiaohantun Township. The family of God as the main ancestors of the "sacrificial" and nature of God as the main body in the "Wild Festival" retained by Xiketelihala .which is typical of the Manchus shamans ritual. The results show that,although the Xiketelihala ritual music has certain aesthetic features, it is still a form of practical music resulted by nature worship and ancestor worship;Due to a large number of them retained the original elements of musical culture, so we see it as a reflection of the "animistic view" of the native music.At the moment, the vicinity in Jiutai of the Manchus shamans ritual produced a structural change. On the one hand, human dependence on natural forces is gradually weakened, resulting in the existing functions of shamans ritual has been lost in the process of urbanization and living environment brought about by rapid changes in lifestyle; On the other hand, the state's policy emphasis on traditional culture, as well as ethnic identity needs, combined with the commercialization of the catalytic factors,to make shamans culture, showing a quiet revival of the momentum; So, Manchus shamans ritual presents a situation that "Wild Harvest" gradual demise but the "sacrificial" is still alive situation.This paper used "thick description" theory of musical anthropology,by the method of combining morphological analysis and the used of cultural background, This paper efforted to explore the basic characteristics of ritual music of the Xiketelihala, and thus revealled the Manchus shamans ritual music and cultural property; at the same time,it provided an overall live case study China's northeast region Altaic shamans music of various nationalities.
