This article mainly focuses on the brilliant ideas on human nature of the seven Chinese scholars in the Axial Period and the whole article is composed by seven sections, which are linked each other but independent. In the first section we try to find out the historical reasons for the emerging and flourishing of the ideas on human nature in China. In the second, we use different facts to support the idea that Confucius believes that human nature is good rather than evil . In the third, we study the human nature idea of Mencius, who believes that human is born good. In the forth, we study the human nature idea of Hsun Tzu, who believes that human is born evil. In the fifth, the human nature idea of Lao Tzu and Chuang Tzu, who believes that human nature always follows the route that of from good to evil. The sixth is on Mo Tzu's human nature idea and the seventh is on Han FeiTzu's.
