Culture Methodology With The Case Of A New Literary Genre Study

Culturology, as an independent thought system, occurs to the field of literary studies in the late 21th, which leads our aesthetic attentions to the open cultural space behind literatures from simple cultural history. Therefore, with the development of study field and concept, the macroscopic prospect comes to us. In fact, culturology gets its integrated theory form and tendency structure, which makes macroscopic studies of culture possible and available, however, how to transform culturology theory into literary system of methods is a big problem before us. And the dissertation stands on the point of the transformation of the system of methods and how to make it provided with the literary practices of significance in the cultural frame. That is to say, the dissertation is trying to construct culturology theory and study literary schools with it.The dissertation includes four parts: introduction, former charter, latter charter and conclusion, and the most important parts are former and latter charters.Introduction: As a macroscopic literary system of methods, culturology possesses internal generative and superior features. In theory field, as tow kinds of macroscopic methods, culturology and sociology appear to be similar, but different in fact. Former charter is trying to explain external world on the point of internal world (spiritual and physical beings), by contrast, latter charter is trying to explain surrounding world by itself. That is to say, former charter focuses on the dominant feature but latter charter on the external feature. From the viewpoint, there is a theory blind spot in sociology on the literary study because it finds no potential cultural structures in literature. The literary criticism will start and go on with a whole study on literary schools from all kinds of points, for example, sociological form, thought tide, cultural consciousness, aesthetic psychology, moral quality structure, personal disposition, collective consciousness and so on, and on which the modern life field and its interrelated character in modern literary school studies appear in the deep cultural structure.Former Charter: Theory prospect of culturology on literary schools stands on three parts: cultural category theory, cultural structural theory and cultural value theory. 1.Culturology category theory thinks of culture as the result of objective tendency ofessential strength and on the point there is common realization between culturology and literature.the point of cultural logic: Cultural surroundings and fields make personal consciousness conformation possible and, meanwhile, bring about the transformation of writers'identities. On the other hand, the symbolic transformation emphasizes and intensifies the actually cultural scene and its possibility.the point of language: Not a carrier of expression and description, but a noumenon, language of viewpoint reflects a new kind of cultural consciousness. Because of the viewpoint of culturology, any form of language has been placed on certain cultural consciousness and by this way, styles and thoughts of literary schools are being transformed.(3)the point of cultural philosophy: In this viewpoint, the history of literature and literary schools gain their philosophical connotations to find the internal dynamic rules, and we'd better operate comparative methods. 2.to construct modern literary schools with cultural structures:horizontal point: There is three culturally structural systems: technology system, social system and thoughts system. Technology system refers to similar writing skills and ways including aesthetic experiences, aesthetic aspirations, art styles and so on. Social system is referred to collective organization on the base of literary teams and public institutions.
