Virtual Reality Technology Is Applied Research, Industrial Design

As the development of World Wide Web, desktop virtual reality technology has emerged and has extensive applications in the fields such as scientific research, industry, web teaching, commerce, and medicine. In this dissertation, methods of industrial design based virtual design are proposed, which can combine industrial design and modern advanced manufacturing systems even better, and bring a chance to the renovation of industrial design.In this dissertation, the following research works are developed.Firstly, the model of ICAID-VR (INTERNET-based Computer Aided Industrial Design --Virtual Reality) has been proposed, and the feasibility and significance of industrial design based on virtual reality technology are demonstrated, from the evolvement and the development of advanced manufacturing modelSecondly, the virtual reality industrial design method based on image processing Quick Time Virtual Reality is proposedThirdly, the virtual reality industrial design method based on 3D modeling Viewpoint is presentedFinally, the dissertation is summarized and future research works are proposed.
