Study On The Analysis Of Social Ethics And Moral Regulation Of Gene Technology

Since the building of the dual helix model of DNA in the 1950s, the human being had knowed the life world speedily and deeply. In the 1970s,the recombining technology of the gene made the human being operate to the life-form on the molecule's layor and entered into the life-process directly.With the sequence chart's accomplishment of the human being gene group, the research of the gene technology entered into a new stage. It was well known that the gene technology has a positive effect on many aspects, such as curing the disease,keeping the health and long life,and so on. However,the gene technology is the double-faced sword as the same that the nuclear technology both produced the clear and low price neclear energy and produced the huge-killing atomic bomb with the development of the nuclear energy. The gene technology faced a series of challeges coming from the social ethic and moral.Therefore,this paper did the special research to these ethic questions.The thesis consists of four parts. The first part expounded upon the developing situation of the gene technology and the ethic questions in the research of the gene technology. In this part, the writer expatiated on the latter; The second part expatiated on the ethic and moral's double character of the gene technology and the core question of the gene ethic, facing to the ethic debates in the research of the gene technology, from three aspects: the ethic consciousness, the ethic value, the ethic responsibility, with the ethic analysis dimension;The three part put forward the principle and the specific impementing contents to the moral control of the gene technology through the method of the theory connecting the practice, which aimed to improve the well-order development of the gene technology. The fourth part expatiated on the political guarantee and the lawful restraint of the gene technology's ethic control.The ethic questions in the research of the gene technology is never met and is very complex. They closely connected with our nation,our nationality,even individual. So, under the background which the technology became the strong tendence culture, our nation should establish the objective and scientific ethic judging system, fully affirm the positive effect of the gene technology in the aspect of making the welfare. Meanwhile, our nation should draw a fit conclusion to its negative influence and enhanced the ethic criterion and the guiding effect. There is an important theorical and practical meaning to improve the healthy and well-order development of the gene technology,the common policy making in point the medical science or atrophy and understanding the gene technology correctly.
