This paper which on the phonetics of Wa-Han interlanguage in CangYuan by studying the pronunciation of two Wa minority brothers with different educational backgrounds. The paper campare the difference of the phonetic and find the reason. The paper identified several points, including: Wa-Han bilingualism and pedagogy, interlanguage overspreading, the interlanguage phonetic system, interlanguage characters, the learning of phonetic forms, interlanguage characteristics and the process of Wa-Han interlanguage phonetic development. Using computer phonetic software to compare the phonetic samples, the paper analyzes the characters of phonetic system and the phonetic development stages of the subjects. In the paper some difficulties and outside factors are identified which influence pronunciation in the learning process. The paper also discusses how interlanguage comes into being through the processes of interlanguage transfer, overgeneralization, transfer due to the effects of teaching, learning strategies, communication stategies and so on. Conclusions are given abovt the process of interlanguage. Better teaching methods are proposed.The paper identified clear difference between Wa-Han bilanguage and Wa-Han interlanguage, characteristics are identified which forecast the development of Wa-Han interlanguage in bilanguage surroundings.
