Children mental health education was put forward in 1990s, and its importance has been recognized widely. For more than ten years study, the theoretical research about children mental health education has achieved a lot, but the technical research is quite backward. In order to promote the development of children mental health education, we need to develop some effective techniques for children mental health education.Sandplay is a non-verbal mental health education technique, it emphasizes the free and protected environment provided by therapists, so that the children can heal and develop during the sandplay process. Sandplay is a mental health education means very suitable for children, it is like the play game loved by children, and can overcome children' s expression difficulties, and help children make progress in a happy environment.Sandplay has been widely accepted abroad, and had been proved as an effective method of children mental health education. It has been recently introduced into our country; its validity is at the stage of discussion. Our research focused on the validity of sandplay, and uses "case study" and pair-sample method to prove.The results testify that sandplay is an effective way of mental health education. It can not only cure the psychological problems of the children, but also help the normal children to develop healthier.
