Reconstruction Of Mental Health View And Its Enlightenment To Mental Health Education

This article systematically reviews the historical evolution of the Western mental health outlook,analyzes the inner logic of the evolution of the mental health outlook contained therein,and explores the relationship between the Marxist theory of the all-round development of the person and the mental health outlook,based on this The theory of mental health education was reconstructed theoretically,and the many enlightenments of the new mental health view on mental health education were analyzed.This article is of great significance to clarify the context and logic of the development of western psychology,to perfect the theoretical construction of mental health education,and to promote the healthy development of mental health education in my country.Since Freud made psychotherapy an independent department of psychology,the five schools of psychoanalysis,behaviorism,cognitive psychology,humanism and positive psychology have played a dominant role in the development of Western psychology.The five schools are all based on their own perspectives,and have put forward their own views on the issue of mental health,which makes the mental health view present a different situation.But behind this singularity,the western mental health view presents the following internal logic,namely: from one-dimensional to multi-dimensional,from negative to positive,from fact description to value selection,and from divergence to integration.The problems existing in the western view of mental health force us to theoretically reconstruct the western view of mental health.Marx's theory of all-round human development has important guiding significance for us.Guided by the theory of human all-round development,it reveals that the essence of mental health is to realize the full display of individual potential and make individual development the common wealth of all mankind.Reconstructing the concept of mental health under the perspective of Marxist comprehensive development theory,we have obtained the following enlightenment for the development of mental health education: 1.The goal of mental health education should be based on the height of human comprehensive development.2.The content of mental health education should be injected into the cultivation of positive qualities,and cultivate students' ability to dialectically look at negative qualities.3.The teaching mode of mental health education courses should be adjusted reasonably.The work of mental health is valued and supported by the Party Central Committee,but it is still a long process to rationally reconstruct the mental health concept and apply it to educational practice,and there is still a lot of work waiting for us to develop and implement.
