The southward mobilization of 1949 marks a unprecedented splendor in the history of the Party. Under the background of pending success of China' War of Liberation, the Party mobilized numbers of cadres southward with the army occupying and administrating the newly liberated areas effectively, which stabilized the society and recovered their economy, thus accelerated the whole nation's achievement of the Revolution.This thesis tries to make a initial exploration on the issue of southward mobilization based on a comprehensively analyzing archives, documents and newspapers with the aspects of mobilization, deployment, education and support.Seven parts makes this thesis.
