For-prfit private schools and non-profit private schools run according to the rules of two diffirent organizations .The law systems of these two kinds of private schools should be based on the charicters of for-profit organization and non-profit organization. A reasonable effective law system should accord with the character of private schools confirmed by law According to the educational law in our country, private schools should be non-profit organization,but the regulations about establishment,property rights and tax revenue of private schools are obviously in contradiction to the character of non-profit private schools.The government should distinguish between for-profit private schools and non-profit private schools and adjust the regulations of private school.
