The "得" Sentences often seen in the Modern Chinese attract many researchers for their complex structures, abundant varieties and unique Chinese features. The Modal Complement Sentence is a special variety of The "得" Sentences with the most complex structure. The "得" Modal Complement Sentences are intended from a new angle of view. The quantitative and qualitative study on the Predication and the Complement of the "得" Modal Complement Sentences is made by means of the analysis of the Verb vocabulary and Adjective vocabulary samples from the corpus system of the Chinese Department of Peking University. The research is focused on the syntax characteristic of the Predication before "得" and Complement after "得" and on the "得" Sentences Modal Complement's effects on the Predicate center and the Complement. The matching relations between the Predication before "得" and Complement after "得" and their appropriate influences by the different types of writing are also explored. Finally, several conclusions are drawn.
