This dissertation probes into structural functions ( including the syntactic functions and textual functions ) and the expressive functions of three groups of cause-result connective of indicating the result, and observes and analyzes their diachronic distribution, construction and the cause of leading to grammaticalization. The first Chapter is the introduction, including research current situation, research object, research meaning and research frame.Chapter 2 probes into cause-result connective of lying beginning of the sentence (lies in front of subject), lying the middle of the sentence ( lies behind the subject) and with lying the end of the sentence. By the survey, we found that the location of "终丁" and "果然" is the most flexible, other cause-result connectives are relatively more flexible.Chapter 3 investigates co-occurrence situation of cause-result connectives of indicating the result, and observes and analyzes co-occurrence sequence of these connective with other kinds of relative connective.Chapter 4 investigates the distribution situation in declarative sentence, interrogative sentence, imperative sentence and exclamatory sentence, including two kinds of situations: 1) the distribution situation of using for alone. 2) the connective is a hypersentence element, it is not a syntactic element Therefore, we investigates the distribution situation of follow-up sentences they connecting.Chapter 5 observes grammaticalization situation of cause-result connective of indicating the result from the angle of the diachronic, probes into the problems of grammaticalization situation, construction and the cause of leading to grammaticalization, and explained some phenomena.Chapter 6 sums up and summarizes the full dissertation, points out the deficiency of this text and research direction later.
