After contrastively analyzing the visual transformation from traditional image to digital image, along with the alienated 'true' and 'existence', a great mental variation was discussed at an advanced philosophical point of view and the whole society condition was described concretely. A new design environment was come into being based on the effects of visual culture's turning, lifestyle influenced by digital technique and the new relationship with others. Then, by analyzing some hot phenomena appeared in art and design domain, the author searched for the great impact on design coming from the alienated 'true' and 'existence'. The traditional art and design contact with computer roundly and foremost, some new filed of design formed rapidly. So, in this paper, the author point out that, great changes was taken place in today's design domain and a new tendency asked for 'dummy' appeared gradually. Finally, when people really living in the virtual world and not familiar with the real world any more, self-identity obstacle and ego lost would be the big problem in the coming digital society. After making a calm analysis and adventurous forecast of the intending human living state, the author draw a conclusion that, in the future, designer should help to get back human's self-identity through their design works, balance the real world and virtual world's relationship, do justice to digital technique and never neglect to hold the eternal association between human and the nature tightly.
