Kado is a branch of the Hani nationality while kado language is its used language. Kado language has its own independent pronunciation systerm. The biggest disturbance when Kado grasping Mandarin is their mother language:Kado-language. In this paper, we through the comparison of Kado language and Mandain on pronunciation and gramma firstly, to search the possible difference on consonants, vowels, tones, syllables, and grammas. Conbining two Kado students analyse of language investigation, finding the real disturbing elements both on pronunciation and gramma. Searching disturbing elements' characters and rules which helping the Kado students shake off the disturbance from their mother language and get the finally aim of speaking Mandain well.This paper shows the effects of Kado language to grasp Mandain on consonants, vowels, tones, syllables, and grammas, it provides a way of dealing the effects. The paper is of particular significance in bilingual Madain education among the minorities as well.
