Zheng Zhen is the most excellent poet in the Song Shi movement, and also is the first-class poet in the Qing Dynasty. Although he lived in the southwest, yet his scholarship was exceedingly profound , including the poem creating, the study of Confucian classics . His representative works Chao-Jing-Chao Poetry has a abundant substance and reached a summit at content and the artistic quality .This academic thesis attempts to carry on comprehensive research with seven partials plus two appendices .The first section is used to introduce all the life of Zheng Zhen , his systematic learning accomplishment and the reputation of his poetry .From Daoguang 6th years (1826),Zheng zhen had suffered the successive failures in the political road .The most time of his life ,he lived as a hermit in the remote mountain village ,except being a common government staff and a teacher in Guizhou,Yunnan and Hunan . Even in his evening of life, he had undergone war agony .As a learned scholar .Zheng zhen enjoyed a good reputation in the poem field.The second section : Although the present academic papers has located Zheng zhen as "The excellent poet in the Song Shi movement", Zheng zhen had not approved of the boundary of Song Poem and Tang Poem in the poem field , and objected to imitating ancient works . Meanwhile he had a original idea in the poem realm and the methods of poem creating.The third section : Chao-Jing-Chao Poetry has a deep and broad content .including social situation, personal emotion .artistic theory, archaeology etc. Here it is commented that people's hardships ,the family's emotion ,the marvelous mountain and the romantic love in his poetry.The fourth section :The major two style of Zheng zhen's works is grotesque-profound and moderate-mellow .The former account for 30% in his poetry ,while the latter's is 35%. Besides, the style of his particular period is also somewhat different.The fifth section : The creative technique of Zheng zhen' poetry is extremely exquisite .This is the significant reason that he can become the first-class poet in the Qing Dynasty .The paper has analysed this technique in six respect .including metaphor .straightforward .duplicated words etc. Such technique shows its originality in the history.The sixth section : Zheng zhen had a good talent of the metre and the rules of rhyming , Therefore the rhythm of his works has harmonious sounds and a natural metre .Here introduces the rhythm character of the ancient and modem poem.The seventh section: Faced such a great poet, we should evaluate his accomplishment and history position reasonably. First of all, Zheng zhen's poem is the completely valuables in the Chinese literature history , and had the special effect to the "Poem Revolution " and the " May Fourth Movement". Secondly ,as a learned scholar who believed in Confucianism all the life, his poetry was still limited in the conservative thinking .Thirdly, the obscure allusion and character was inevitable.
