Family poverty bring needy studens all kinds of perplexity, such as : in life , sdudying, thoughts,and mentality. Government, society and schools all pay attention to these needy students. Some sponsor money, and the other put forward reasonable suggestions. No doubt that these efforts help resolve these problems.In this thesis I try to pay more attention to the growth of needy students' healthy personality at further and newer point of view. And put forword a new idea. Personality is a summation of stable mental and behavioral characteristics being from personal life and experience. Personality is separated into sound one and non-sound one. The thesis adopts talking about ,questionnaire inquiry, variable test, literature researches to analyze needy students' personality in quantity and quality. First, by visiting and talking with about 40 needy college students and about 10 instructors, I get approximate impression of needy students' personality. Second, by questionnaire inquiry of 13 correlative questions with needy students' personality. Let students answer these questions, and then stat and analyze the results. Compare non-needy students' with needy students', knowing more about needy students' . Third, test the choosed students including non-needy and needy students. Compare 100 the needy with the non-needy by statistical software spssll.O. By tablescompare the needy with the non-needy, the needy boys and girls, the needy boys and the normal model of boy college students, the needy girls and the normal model of girl college students in 16PF. The result is that the factors of non-sound personality are major, and the factors of non-sound personality are also evident. By both strengh contest, classify the needy 'personality into harmonious personality, conflict personality, back personality and freeky personality. Explain in detail the meanings of them. Some suggestions are made that ideology and political education should be enhanced according to different personality styles. And then the thesis researches into some clauses of non-sound personality in family, ecnonmy, education etc. In family, the needy's parents have educated so poorly that their abilities are low in getting money and communication with their children. Most of them have no time and ability to help and support their children either in mental or in material. In economy, contemparory aid-system is not perfect. So it can't completely relieve the pressure brought by porverty. Poverty affects the needy's development. The exist of diffrence of wealthy and poverty injure their self-respects, value ideas and philosophy. In education, rote-learning education affects our country for a long time. Students' scores are only payed attention to and neglect their personality's healthy growth in secondary and high schools. Students enter colleges with various limitation in personality. Their abilities are very poor in the face of difficulties and fructions. Onthe base of above, privide correspondent countermeasures all in order to cultivate sound personality, activitely search for effective measures of resolving the needy's problems: consummate aid-system to relieve actually the needy's pressure; combine mental health education with ideaology and political education; construct nice circumstances; make recovery system better; and go ahead by themselves in a good mental state.I have investigated and tested the needy's personality in different aspects by several ways. I have refered to a lot of correspondent literatures, and analyze characteristics of the needy's personality. Although I do a lot of efforts and try to innovate, the thesis still consists of a few shortcomings. My study only plays the inducting role. I wish that more people would pay attention to the needy's personality growth, and actively act to give advisable suggestions. I shall jump out of skin for the needy to have a successful, happy and pleased life. |
