Is'well known as system civilization of Zhou dynasty.The sage of Confucius take charge of ancient knowledge,and start the learning of future,he not only carry on the essence of eousness and music civilization that laid down by Zhou dynasty,what'more,he made it spread all over the world.Developing the thought of tackling problem in a comprensive way which set up by Zhou dynasty,sticking the ethics compared with politics and penality,putting forward the politic tactics through three steps to make people rich populous intelligent.However,in the time of ZhanGuo,both the Confucius and Mohist School are well known,the close logicity of Mohist School make the theory of Confucius pale by comparison, so,the school of ZiSi is brought about.ZiSi and his students made a great number of works to create their theory on the condition of ancient civilization.The theory of tackling problem in comprehensive way comprise ethics, education, politics evenReligious and so on.The vivid reflection of the theory of tackling ploblem in comprehensive way is that the school of ZiSi giving birth to a thought to prevent guilty before its taking place; Creating a system which regulate people with penality; The king have a good self -respect,benefit its people without harm.However,in the time of ZhanGuo,the school of ZiSi set its theory on the ethics conscious of ruling class without necessary regulation and available means that suit times,so,the theory is only taken as well-known learning but useless in that time.However,in the thinking river of the man,the thought of ZiSi school should be regarded as positive.It's not only the continuous of tradtion,but the demand of the times as well.The theory of "WUXING" which bend the ideas of "WUXING" and " WUSHI" of "SHANGSHU ·HONGFAN", provides a new thinking way for people; The ideas of "LIUDE" provide a basic system for three cardinal guides and the five constant virtues as specified in the feudal ethical code.What's more,the way of practicing Buddhism or Taoism of self-respect,the politic principle of valuing ethics but low-priced penality will be taken on important position in the thinking history of politics and laws.
