With the deep development of Chinese modern economics, P. R. China has made a lot of connections with foreign countries in politics, culture, which improves China' s overall strength. China has played a more important role in the world. Therefore, for many foreign students, learning Chinese becomes a popular trend. On the other hand, English is also very hot in current china society. Many foreign students treat Chinese as their second language. Futhermore, more and more foreign students prefer to come to China for their language study.Since Korean is quite close to China, Koreas used to have the cultural tradition of studying Chinese long time ago as well as in current stage of society. Due to the similar cultural, weather, the angle of the language acquisition and the fact that much more progress will be made for learning a foreign language under this language enviroment, it has been a major trend or choice for most part of Koreans to study Chinese in P. R. China.This research is inspirited by the foundation works of the forerunners, and simply explained the theories in second language learning strategy. By using the Oxford (1990) SILL, the writer questionnaired the learners of Chinese in Korea and the Korean Students in China . By analyzing the data of the questionnaires and face to face interviews with oversea students from Korea, the writer noticed the change of learning strategy before and after the Korean learners of Chinese came to China. With the aim of helping the Korean learners understand this change, in order to let those who are going to study in China make preparation for this change before hand and develop more efficient learning strategies when they come to China; this thesis described the fact of this change explained how did it occur. At the same time, this thesis can also help the Chinese teachers to understand the learning feature of this largest group of oversea students in China, in order to improve the level of Chinese teaching.
