Along with the 21st century, great number of and various type of advertisements are filling the streets and roads. Individuals, companies and governments are trying to do their best to communicate with various kinds of people, organizations, and objects to attract their attention and interest by producing unlimited advertisements. In the streets, buses, trains and subways etc, everyday we can see many kinds of advertisement of TVs and posters. Coming back home, we again meet lots of advertisements being shown by TV and radio .In the high competitive advertisement market, advertising plan provides people with particular information such as what to eat, what to drink, what to wear, what kind of car to ride, whom to vote for, and where to go for holiday, etc. Now advertisement plan has become a very important part of people' s lives and as the mass media of communication, it creates mass art (popular art). The objective of advertisement plan is information, pleasure and appreciation.Among the high competition of advertisement plan, the most important thing to take people's attention is the creative AD Plan. Therefore all the schools should concentrate on the "Creative Thinking" class for the purpose of creative advertisement plan education. In the age of fast changing environment, the most important power is creativity.With the recognition of ad plan and art education as important factors influencing much on the future, there are two importantly rising questions 1)"How can we educate and train men for more creative and capable ones demanded in the commercial field?" and 2)"How can we join together systematically human studies and culture such as the evaluation for improvement, necessary languages and information finding power, etc with creativity training more effectively to make much more improvement?"...
