Students Parent-child Attachment, Positive Career Attitude And Career-standing Relationship

Along with the stern employed of college students recent years , career indecision gets more and more attention by the general educators, the guardians and the college students themselves.The prior related researches have studied the factors and the way that influence career indecision,and obtained some significant achievements, but there are some disputes ,and needed further confirmation.Inventories were carried on to 1111 college students of four universities in Belling. 623 inventors were used to revision of the positive career attitudes inventory and the career decision difficult inventory .The other 508 inventories were used to study the relation a-mong parental attachment, positive career attitudes and career indecision.The result indicated (1) The college students' career indecision level is in medium, in each career indecision category, proportion of the lack of career preparation and career information is bigger,the degree is also higher. (2) The college students in lack of preparation have remarkable grade difference;and they have remarkable sex and grade interaction in lack of information and have remarkable sex difference in different information; In addition, each specialty has remarkable difference in different information.(3) Father trust can influence the lack of preparation,the lack of information and different information through career adaptability. In addition, father trust can also influence differ-rent information through career optimism. Mother trust can influence different information through career adaptability ,and influence the lack of preparation through career optimism. (4) Father communication can affect different information directly.and can influence the lack of preparation,the lack of information and different information through career adaptabi-lity. In addition, father communication can also affect different information through Perceived Knowledge of Job Market. But mother communication can influence different information directly ,and influence the lack of preparation through career adaptability;influence the lack of information through career adaptability and career optimism. (5) Father alienation can affect the lack of preparation and diff-rernt information directly ;and can al- so influence the lack of information through Perceived Knowledge of Job Market. But mother alienation influence the lack of preparation through career adaptability and career op-timism.and influence the lack of information through career optimism. (6) Career adaptability and career optimism can affect the lack of preparation and the lack of information and different information directly. In addition, the Perceived Knowledge of Job Market also has remarkable negative influence to the lack of information.
