The definition of implicit attitude is unconscious trace accumulated by a past experience and existed attitude, which impacts the individual’s sentiment orientation, cognition and behaviour reaction to social object. It is more stable and real than explicit attitude, and impact a person’s behaviour disposition. Career choice is a behavioural intention to some occupation; it is a possibility reaction of individual to obtain a job. In this essay, career choice is defined to a career choice to aged people-related disposition. Implicit attitude of undergraduate to elderly people is very important to be or not to be engaged a aged people-related disposition.The existing research seldom study implicit attitude of undergraduate to elderly people, and their career choice to obtain work for the aged. Therefore, this research will be divided into three parts:the 1st part to research implicit attitude of undergraduate to age people, the 2nd part is to research undergraduate’s career choice to obtain work for the aged, and the last is to research the relation between the attitude and the career choice.Undergraduates are research objects, and Establishes SC-IAT program to survey implicit attitude of undergraduate to age people, utilizes career choice motivation form to investigate undergraduate’s career choice desire to obtain work for the aged, and career motivation scale will be used to survey career choice motivation’s adjustment function between implicit attitude of undergraduate to age people and their career choice to obtain work for the aged. The author use SPSS 16.0 and AMOS20.0, two kinds of software to analyse the data.The result suggests:1. SC-IAT program’s result indicates that the time reaction of incompatible task of undergraduate(put the er people with positive words) is higher than the time reaction of compatible task of undergraduate (put the er people with negative words). It shows the attitude of undergraduate to er people is negative.2.Undergraduate young people like to attend the job relating to age, but serve them indirectly, and have significant difference on gender, grade, major, and have or have no volunteer work on age people experience.3.There is a negative correlation between implicit attitude of undergraduate to age people, and their career choice to obtain work for the aged. That is, the more negative the negative implicit attitude is, the less intention to obtain a er people-related work.4.When inner career choice motivation regulates the relationship between implicit attitude of undergraduate to age people, their career choice to obtain work for the aged, stronger the motivation is reversely linked to the relationship5.When external career choice motivation regulates the relationship between implicit attitudes of undergraduate to age people, their career choice to obtain work for the aged, stronger the motivation is inversely linked to the relationshipConclusion1.The implicit attitude of undergraduate to age people is negative.2. Undergraduate young people like to attend the job relating to age, but serve them indirectly.. The more negative the negative implicit attitude is, the less intention to obtain an er people-related work.3.
