Chinese The Polarization Complex Sentence Partial Sentences Location To Explore

This dessertation focuses on the rules of distribution of Chinese subordinators from the perspective of functional linguistics. To find out the common features on distribution of subordinators in different Chinese subordinate clauses, we analyze the following three aspects: 1. the rules of distribution of subordinate clause and the pragmatic function of complex sentence; 2. distribution of subject and subordinator in subordinate clause and the rules restraing distribution of subordinator; 3. the rules restraining zero anaphora of subject in subordinate clause.First, we classify Chinese complex sentence into two patterns: S-pattern and N-pattern, analyze pragmatic function of the two patterns and the rules restraining them and find that generally the order of the complex sentence is restrained by three rules: principle of temporal sequence, principle of priority of high identifiability and principle of close logical sequence. It is analyzed that the latter clause in complex sentence is focused, that is to say , in S-pattern main clause is emphasized and in N-pattern subordinate clause is emphasized, if not, there is a mark in complex sentence, eg, logical stress.Then, through studying we find that in S-pattern, distribution of subordinator depends on whether the topic in the complex sentence agrees with the topic reffered to in the context above. l,When the topic of the sentence is new or mentioned again, the subordinator is generally after subject ,which is accidentally the topic of the complex sentence.2,When the topic of the complex sentence is the same with the topic mentioned above,...
