The Soviet Union's Economic And Social Policy. Lenin's Scientific Values

This thesis leads a deep research on the content as well as futures of Lenin's Scientific Value System of economy and social policy, on the base of three periods: the beginning part of the victory of October Revolution, period of Civil war and period of New Economic Policy.At the beginning part of October Revolution, the Russian Party gave up the proposal of Land Nationalization and building up large scaled state farms, but put forward the measure of "Land Socialization". It shows that the Party insisted on the land policy put forward by the petty bourgeoisie. Lenin said, if the Party betrayed the wills of the most fanners, it meant betraying the revolution. Our Party wouldn't be frightened by implementing the land policy put forward by the petty bourgeoisie. In the spring of 1918, Russian Party decided on implementing the turning of the center of work, toward this, Lenin said, the proletariat should manage to finish the most hard and tough work by their own. During this time, Russia put the state capitalism into practice. According to these measures, Lenin said again, the implementation of the state capitalism helped the development of Russia economy and culture.During the period of Civil war, Lenin put forward Scientific Value System based on the policies of "collecting extra grain" and "utilizing the cultural heritage".
