Students' Mental Health Education

A study has found that most people with severe mental health problems go untreated in developing countries. The World Health Organization says between seventy-five and eighty-five percent had no treatment within the past year. In developed nations, between thirty-five and fifty percent went untreated.In recent years, many mental health activities have been carried out consecutively in colleges and universities in our country. Some psychological educational organization had been founded and they had made better influence. The practice by healthy college student education has got certain achievement, but a few problems cause our attention till now.For the talented person pushing forward quality education, training key man all round, mental health and mental health education is more important specifically for under graduated student. The main body of this article try to finding out the useful ways of mental health in universities in China. It discussed from three parts combining with the concrete instance that reality inquires. The first part made an explanation about mental health and the college student mental health standard. The article has synthesized a lot of viewpoint based on experts, and has brought forward seven item standard of current college student mental health. Part II expounds the problem on college student mental health and found out the mainly reasons by large amount of data. Part III gives the concrete measure for college student mental health education.
