Honesty, as an important and universal moral category ,rooted in every corner of social life ,existed in all mental intercourse,practical intercourse process and their relationship . However ,in the shunt process of our nation economic system ,because of the influence of so many factors of history and realism .There appears a phenomenon of"moral coast"or"moral crisis", the special appearance of this phenomenon in the field of economy is the shortened of honesty in economic ethic .This courses"honesty crisis"in the economy field ,honesty crisis not only slows down the speed and efficiency of economic circulation,destroys the normal economy order,disturbs the optimize scheme of market resources,damages the economy rising ,but also furthers various hypocritical counterfeit and opportunistic behaviors ,develops suspect,dissepiments and distrust in the social life,and deteriorates the social ethos .So our urgent affairs are to strengthen the moral construction in economic honesty and to eliminate economic credit crisis.Once the sociologist Max Weber from Germany researched on the evolved relation between market economy and social ethic spirit, in order to find the cultural resource and spiritual power of capitalism. In his book the protestant ethic and the spirit of capitalism ,Weber discussed the ethic quality such as frugality,abstinence,hardworking in the view of Christ relational calling.And he also discussed the thought of competition,equality,giff-gaff and collaboration,fair and equality,honesty and credit, founded on the effect of the ethic quality and sponsored by western economic ethic. These ideas provide important referenced and inspirational meaning for the construction and development of our nation `s market economic ethic.Based on the grasp of the research from in and outside ,this essay firstly wants to reveal and expatiate the honesty in the view of calling ,then do a further research on honesty ,confirming the inner meaning and analyzing the relation among honesty,trust,credit and reposal.then compare and analyze the honesty ethic in and outside ,though which to reveal their own function,trait and inner oneness, in order to provide theoretical and practical help and reference for the construction of our country`s honesty ethic.
