Study Of The Cultural Values ​​of The Ming And Qing Dynasties Room Design

With the rapid economical, cultural and social development of the society, thecommunication between different cultures has become more and more frequently. TheChinese people's living condition has been improved greatly. All kinds of living culturesand ideas are flourishing. Home interior design has been developing under the promotionof the economical and cultural development. This paper plans to study the housing space,which is people's most familiar space style in their daily life. It will study the culturalconnotation and design culture concept from the Ming-Qing period exterior decoratingdesign culture concept to home interior design culture concept from the aspects ofarchitecture culture and decoration culture.This paper firstly reviewed the social, cultural, economical backgrounds of thedevelopment of the Ming-Qing period interior design, it cards the conditions of the Ming-Qing period interior design, studies the overall arrangement design, decoration design andinterior furnish design. It tries to further investigate the Ming-Qing period interior designculture concept by means of case study, in the hope of blaze a way in innovation of themodern Chinese home interior design and inherit nourishment from the traditional Chineseinterior design culture.
