In academic circle, it is universally accepted that Humanism is guiding ideology and essence of Renaissance, and that Humanism and Renaissance are closely connected. We commonly pay attention to the relationship between Humanism and Renaissance, while the influence of Non-Humanism to Renaissance is always ignored. In some articles, the creation of Michelangelo's art is only on the base of Humanism, and that his art adequately embody Humanism. It is no doubt that Michelangelo derived the principle and core of Humanism and that his art embodies Humanism to certain degree. But there are many ideas of Non-Humanism in Michelangelo's art, so Humanism is mingled with Non-Humanism in his art.
