On The Two Poles Of Human Nature Tensile Structures

In history, Chinese and western thinkers generally decompose human nature into several elements. Among them, some hold one aspect, while others simply add a few elements up to explain human nature ,which is beneficial for human to gradually shape relatively complete and profound knowledge about human nature. Reasonable and valuable factors in this knowledge lay foundation for the emergence of Marxist human nature theory. Based on practice, with materialistic dialectics to discover human nature and its structure, Marx provides us a better way to understand human nature and to find the direction.Depending on the theory of Marxist human nature theory and its direction, this paper proposed two polar tension structure of human nature by contradictory analytical method. In terms of the two polar tension structure of human nature, it means to examine the internal elements of human construction from the perspective of bipolar relationship: for example, naturality and sociality, benevolence and wickedness ,rational and non-rational, go-aheadism and passivism, rivalrousness and cooperation, egoism and altruism, secularism and transcendentality and so on. All these bipolar relationship seem to be opposite or conflict, at the same time , intertwined and cannot be replaced, in the tension of waxing and waning.The invention of polar tension structure of human nature is important both on theory and practice. Theoretically, it surpasses the present humanistic supposition and provides a new perspective to research human nature while, practically, it will be helpful to strengthen the scientific human nature theory for institutional forming.
