Laozi and Zhuangzi's Philosophy Thoughts is the important footstone of the theory of Chinese painting.I gathered several conceptions up that derived from YouWu conception of Laozi and Zhuangzi's Thoughts,such as mindness and mindless,principleness and principleless, figure and immateriality, consciousness and inadvertently and so on in this article.And I combined the relationship between moral quality of Chinese artist, the style and the way of represention of the art,image-building,sketch of the brush and the ink, ideological and practical work when I analysed those conceptions to point out the effect in the developing courses of traditional Chinese painting and the theory.And it also has great value of use for reference in indition of Chinese painting today.
