This paper pointed out that the "three words", to a certain extent, is not only the manifestation of the collapse and treason of the feudal ethics, the awakening of the natural human treason, human nature, and the pursuit of an ideal life that belongs to human beings. At the same time there are also extreme defense of the feudal ethics. This ideological conflict is the reflection of ideological contradictions of the author Feng Menglong who lives in late Ming, a specific era, and was deeply influenced by traditional Confucian culture, but also the manifestation of the state of embarrassment. The Entire era not only requires liberation of personality but also calls for an urgent need of standardizing human desires expansion. To reconcile this conflict, Feng Menglong criticized dogmatic authoritarian feudal ethics by reconstructing a set of feudal ethics which are reasonable and balanced and norms of human ethics and morality. As a matter of fact it is also a return to Confucian tradition—a return with new features of the times.In addition to the introduction and conclusion, this thesis is divided into five chapters:The first chapter is the analysis of context and the author's mental outlook of the "three words". The thesis pointed out that the late Ming is an era in which people attempt to break through the traditional culture and they desired to liberate form the highly suppressed emotion. This special era renders people live in a contradiction that people desire to enjoy but trying to save the world. Feng Menglong is a figure combined the aggressiveness of a traitor with the timidity of the defender of feudal system. It is the common effect of editor mental outlook and the context of the book that makes the "three words" have the characteristics—to find a way out from conflict.ChapterⅡis the analysis of the first manifestation of the mental conflict in the "three words": affection, desire (sexual), the struggling of the reason. The author Pointed out Feng Menglong constructed of a set of fair and justified ethical arguments to criticize Songmingruxue, this is a return to traditional Confucianism.ChapterⅢis the analysis of the second manifestation of the mental conflict in the "three words": benefit, desire (material desires), governing of justice. Feng Menglong affirmed that the pursuit of the natural material desires, and criticized and condemned the money first, back-IDS acts, and advocates the legitimate pursuit of "benefit", under the guidance of the concept of "justice" "faith".This essentially is a kind of regression of Confucian tradition.ChapterⅣanalyzes the deep-seated reason of ideological contradictions that both requires personality liberation and maintains ethics from the prospective of social life of human beings and the reality that Chinese scholars are strongly caring spiritual life.ChapterⅤpointed out that in the "three words", the author achieve the purpose of conflict-regulation, Lee relations and public persuasion, mainly through the ways of karma of the plot to bridge conditions.
