Led Activities In The Ethics Of Responsibility

Levinas is famous for the thinking of"others"which emphasizes the absolute responsibility for other people. He believes that morality is the first philosophy but not the branch of philosophy. He wants to set up a kind of philosophy which emphasizes the discipline of others. This thesis talks about the problem that moral responsibility is lacked in the leaders'activities by analyzing the"others"theory of Levenas. The reason of lack of moral responsibility is also discussed. On the base of this theory, the thesis proves that moral choices of leaders is the inevitable tendency of managing leading theory from the scientific and behavioral leading to moral leading. The theory puts importance on the function of morality. Morality can guide, restrict and educate other people. Under the influence of scientific leading and morality, the theory of leading will get another high point. I hope we could continue to think about the current living condition with the enlightenment of Levenas'"others"theory.
