Under the influence of industrial revolution and economic globalization, the problem of human environment is becoming more and more obvious, which has influence on every aspect of our life.In particular, the human race is facing a serious climate change problem. One common understanding of this problem is that large amounts of greenhouse gas emissions have changed and will continue to change the world's climate. The results of this sustained development are not optimistic. As a result, various ways have been taken to address climate change. In many solutions, the distribution of interests and the apportionment of responsibilities is an unavoidable problem. There are three reasons:first, the climate is a global problem,it is a great challenge for mankind, and the solution is to meet everyone living on this earth, and secondly, climate is a follow-up to the development of the industrial revolution, mainly the distribution of benefits and the sharing of responsibilities between rich and poor countries. Finally, the climate problem really affects our lives and we need to find a practical solution. So,on either level,we have to consider the issue of climate first. In order to solve the climate problem,we must discuss the problem of climate justice. On the basis of the general background of climate justice and responsibility ethics, this paper expounds the status of environmental justice and climate justice first, and then probes into the two general climate theories of distributive justice and correcting justice. On the basis of understanding these problems and the domestic and foreign theories related to environmental justice and climate justice, this paper focuses on a practical theory of climate justice. The advantage of this practical theory is that on the basis of criticizing the distribution of justice and correcting justice, the two types of justice, which are popular in the international community, have taken into consideration the morality and feasibility,as well as the welfare doctrine and pragmatism, aiming at establishing a global climate agreement which can achieve the climate goal related to justice. In conclusion, our ultimate goal is to find a suitable and feasible solution to the climate problem,in addition to the global challenge of climate, and on the basis of relevant theories.Just before that,we have to find a theoretical basis for this project. This is also the main problem that this article tries to explore. To solve the problem of climate change theoretically,we should find a global climate justice view.
