Ludwig Wittgenstein has taken most of his time to criticize Solipsism and phenomenological language in his later philosophy period, whose real intention was to justify our everyday language. This paper is trying to analyze his critics to the two dimensions both of Solipsism' s four basic propositions and private ostensive definition to clarify Wittgenstein' s train of thought on this issue. The two dimensions annotate each other and form a whole. The former tries to criticize everyday words' usage to clarify that,it' s impossible to express sense data with everyday language. However, the concept of sense data still has a way out which is private language. The later refutes any possibilities of private language, and denies the validity to put private ostensive definition in everyday language. The two dimensions as a whole clarify Wittgenstein' s line of thinking in criticizing Solipsism and phenomenological language. And the later shakes the concept of representation, which is able to start a general reflection on traditional representationalism.
