The instructional quality of web-based curriculum has become one of the major research questions in Educational Technology. In this dissertation, the author chose English web-based courses as the object and explored how to construct a scientific evaluation index system for English online courses with reference of the framework of web-based curriculum.In the process of research, the author selected serval methods, such as screening library literature and questionnaires, then refined and revised the indicators of English web-based courses until the author got the whole evaluation index system with quantitative weights and detailed descriptions. In the process of application, the author put the evaluation index system into practice and got expected results.Although there are still some limitations, it is of great difficulties to construct such a comprehensive and systematic evaluation index system for English web-based curriculum. |
