With the quality of education to carry out deep, psychological quality of education in the core of the quality of education status and significant role in the education sector has been widely recognized by all levels of education-related executive departments and the general emphasis on psychology, mental quality of education has been treated as one goal of the education for all-around development. However, the current situation of our nation, it is very likely that there will not be the incidentally the pursuit of academic achievement at all costs while ignoring the of psychological quality of training, which reflects the lack of awareness towards the relationship between academic achievement and psychological quality.Researchers have already made a certain amount of exploration on this issue, precede researches provide a clear evidence that the existence of psychological quality and its relationship between academic achievement, however, because previous studies differes on the understanding of psychological quality, while the selection of studied groups fails to take junior high school students into account, on the other hand ,the lack of profound discussion above the relationship between both subjects , and of model support, making it difficult to reach a consensus conclusion of the study, which inevtiablely led to the lack of guidance value. In addition, for the reason that the new curriculum reform has been generally adopted, changes in educational philosophy for the student's psychological qualities are displaying obvious positive effects, psychological quality and how the relationship between academic performance, it comes up with a new question. For these reasons, the study is based on the scientific theory of psychological quality, education programs to explore new situations and psychological quality of junior high school students the relationship between academic achievement and tried to establish the relationship between the two models, in the hope of providing theoretical support and useful insights to the the psychological qualities of junior high school education and the improvement of academic performance , but also from a theoretical point of view, which may be conducive to the enrichment and development of educational psychology theory, display a helpful role in improving the quality of education aimablely and effectively.This study in respect to the perspective on the psychological quality of Chinese psychologists, from the logic of thinking and psychometric two sources on the definition and analysis of the sort, defined the core elements of psychological quality and personality are two major aspects of intelligence and to identify the ail-round education to the quality of the theory of psychological research in the theory as the starting point of the logic. According to the theory of the development of the use of mental health detection system, combined with groups of children's intelligence test Mental quality of the junior high school students tested at the same time period of the semester examinations of the Z scores as criterion, in accordance with the stratified random sampling method, talcing two in Shaanxi Province in the first two days of Junior High School 242 students, of which 125 boys girls 117. After analysis, the following conclusions have been:From The Seventh Grade to the eightth Grade girls in emotional adaptation, willpower, self-confidence levels have shown a downward trend, while boys increased slightly, but not obvious;Academic excellence among middle school students in the psychological dimension of the quality and level of mental health are better than junior high school students with poor academic performance;Intellectual and academic related significantly and be able to predict academic performance;Emotional adaptation, willpower, self-confidence is a predictor of mental health and mental health indirectly through the junior high school academic performance prediction;Closely related to mental health and academic performance, to predict academic performance;Learning psychology (including the learning attitude, learning approach) is important to predict academic performance variables.Based on the findings, we can put forward the following proposals:Focus on education and teaching in the day-to-day situations infiltration psychological education and teaching in all subjects in which to fully exploit the psychological factors in education and training good psychological quality of students;Through strengthing the mental health education in schools and implementing of activities to enrich the emotional experience of students, guiding students to learn the methods of psychological adjustment, and enhance student self-control and psychological;Adjusting attitude towards learning and raise the level of learning strategies to promote the efficiency of student learning, enhance academic success in a sense, establish or strengthen self-confidence of students;The family, work together with the school make the joint effort to evolve the educational environment meanwhile, create a stable and healthy family environment, both play their respective advantages, and the formation of the overall effort to promote the the level of psychological quality of middle school students.
