By the end of 1973, a number of silk books include the PARTY A and the PARTY B of "Lao-tzu" unearthed from a tomb of the Han Dynasty. There are four silk books in front of the "Lao-tzu" which named "Jingfa", "Shidajing" , "Cheng" and "Daoyuan" has aroused wide attention from academics.About these four books, Mr. Tang Lan called it "Huangdisijing". The full text is more than 11,000 words, it can be said that the existing one on the first study of the works of Huang-Lao. We know that on the works of Huang's study had more than Oblivion or incomplete. This allows people to study the science of Huanglao not only lack of historical materials but also lack of evidence. The appearance of "Huangdisijing", which made up for that in large extent. In addition, it provides a continuous , clear clues for the development of Huang-Lao school in the Later Periods of the Warring States which relevants chapter is represented by "Huangdisijing", "Shenzi", "Yinwenzi" and "Guanzi" . The appearance of "Huangdisijing" , which is not only a great event in the academic community but also a new treasure of the treasure house of Chinese culture.Because "Huangdisijing" is the earliest work of the existing school of Huang-Lao, so it has the same theoretical characteristics with the school of Huang-Lao. These theoretical characteristics include: the Taoism and the Law united into one , using the Taoism to demonstrate the Law and absorbing many schools. Therefore, the task is the main part of this article - Chapters II and III, is to explain the three theories' specific characteristics."Huangdisijing" abide by the Taoism. But the Taoism in the book is an object which not only cannot be known through perceptiont but also can be known through perceptiont. In other words, the Taoism has a metaphysical and a specific double identity. This dual nature not only makes people grasp the Taoism but also provides a solid theoretical basis for the country's governance. Under the Taoism, "Huangdisijing" derived from a settlement methods which to deal with to deal with the universe problems, the social problems and the life problems. And the law is the main method to deal with these problems. In "Huangdisijing" , the law is born in the Taoism. The law no longer be regarded as a product of social degradation, but the "Taoism" projects in the world's inevitable. We know the "Huangdisijing absorbed many schools ' ideas , so these schools' ideas such as Taoism, Mohist , Confucianism and jurist are reflected in it. "Yidazhuan" said: About one thing, people have many solutions. About one aim , there are many paths to reach .In pre-Qin, every school use different methods to settle one same problem because their class stand is different. "Huangdisijing" seeked the same from the difference and extensive soaked up other schools advantages. It wanted to supply a theoretical basis for the provision of social governance. The fact that the "Huangdisijing" as the foundation for the study of the Huang-Lao became the guiding ideology in the early Han Dynasty, it played an important role for the early Han's political stability, economic recovery and the people's live and work .
