With the development of technology, the globalization is irreversible. Every country was involved in a sever completion in politics, economics, technology and culture, especially in the competition in talents. So there is a demand for the overall quality of the talents, especially there is a rising demand for the psychological ability to fight against frustration in mental qualities. In the recent years, the psychological problems among junior middle school students are becoming more and more sever, the phenomenon of running away from home and suicide happens more frequently than ever, which is definitely can not be ignored. It claims us to have an overall research and understanding on the current situation on the ability of fighting against frustration among junior middle school students. Therefore, this paper tries to give a spot check on the ability to fight against frustration among the junior middle school students in Ganzhou and Kaifeng, to analyze the main problem of the ability to fight against frustration in junior middle school students and the related factors about this phenomenon, finally tries to find solutions to solve the problem. It is advantageous to the promotion of the mental quality and a more balanced body and mind for the junior middle school students.There are four parts in this paper. The first part is the introduction. In this part, it gives background information about the current situation of junior middle school students when they were facing frustration, and illustrates the importance of this research, in order to clarify the contents for this paper based on the previous study of other scholars. Started with the survey and analysis, especially on the ability to fight against frustration among junior students in Ganzhou and Kaifeng, the author gives evidence that the level of the ability to fight against frustration among junior middle school students is not high ,which is of course can not be ignored. In the meanwhile the author analyzes the condition of the ability of fighting against frustration, the author also analyses the factors that will affect the ability of fighting against frustration from the aspects of school, family, society and junior middle school students themselves. In the third part, the author explores the way of educating and cultivating the students to be frustration resistant. Firstly, based on the ability of fighting against frustration, the author gives us the clarified significance and urgency of educating the ability of fighting against frustration of junior middle school students; secondly, the author clarifies the principle and guideline for the education of the ability of fighting against frustration; last but not least, the author gives emphasis on the solutions and methods which are based on ideals ,beliefs, volitional qualities , social practices and mental health education on the education of the ability of fighting against frustration, in order to have the junior middle school students to be mentally promoted. In the fourth part, the author gives conclusion on the ability of fighting against frustration of junior middle school students, and discusses the deficiency of this paper.
