Chinese idiom is an idiom word wine in a special system groups, with distinct characteristics and unique personality, which implied the full-bodied wine culture unique. This article from the Capital Normal University Professor Zhu Ruimin book "Xiangpiao Miles wine culture and the phrase" the Nanjing University Press published "Dictionary of Chinese wine culture applications," and the Shanghai Lexicographical Publishing House "Chinese Idioms Dictionary" in the collection sorted out the 304 idioms related to alcohol corpus for research, consulting a large number of literature and regarding the use of cutting-edge ideas with the contemporary literature and examination of law, comprehensive analysis, statistics and other methods on the Chinese idiom wine made from the perspective of metaphor system.Addition to the introduction and conclusion other than text is divided into four parts:Introduction is major in defining the phrase of Chinese idioms and Chinese wine idioms has defined the phrase, describing the meaning of studying idioms and Chinese wine idioms, and combing this idea of the scope of this article and analysis tasks.The first part is the main part of the paper, mainly focused on the collected corpus of Chinese wine made idiom metaphor category, source and target domains from the two aspects of Chinese idioms divided wine.The second part also belong to the main part of this thesis, mainly on the face with Chinese wine division of dialysis idioms, idiom metaphor to explore the working mechanism. This part mainly from the metaphor of the interaction mechanism, similarity, and projection and synthesis of three studies of Chinese wine idioms from the source domain to target domain mechanism of metaphor.The third part is the expression of Chinese wine metaphors idioms function analysis, mainly from the rhetorical point of view, linguistics, cognitive approach to analyze the expression of metaphorical idioms in Chinese wine and Function.The fourth part is the expression of Chinese wine culture idiom metaphor care. This part from the human factors, psychological factors, aesthetic values factor in these three areas to study the Chinese wine behind Idioms Metaphors factors.In the conclusion, the results of this research are summarized, and made further research ideas.
