The development of the film has gone from silence to sound, from black and white to color, from film to digital, from two-dimensional to three-dimensional process, and each development is accompanied by the technical, and each development was accompanied by the technical progress. It never missed a potential opportunity to expand its development space. Now, with the development of the communications industry, mobile phones have become the fifth media gradually. The combination of the media and the film has been inevitable. Following the film-screen, television screen and computer screen, the cell phone screen is becoming the film's "fourth screen", and it changed the way people watched movies in the past. As the portability and the mobility of mobile media, mobile film gradually becomes a mobile digital video art. It is not a simple transfer of traditional movie player platform, and its content and form will be different from traditional movies. Mobile film follows the traditional rules of the creation, but it has its own unique features in film language, narrative patterns and other areas.As a new image form, mobile film has the inviting charm so that the audiences can not resist it. Its development has become the public focus. With 3G technology's developing and improving, mobile film has become a trend, a business opportunity and a new darling of mass entertainment consumption times, and it gradually attracts more and more people joining in, creating more excellent works. At the same time the emergence of mobile film also means the birth of a new industry. It is a major concerned industry feast behind this image art. Therefore when this article paid attention to the new movie style-mobile movie which the new technical superiority brings, it further pondered the expression of mobile movie and the new business model it brings, and attempted to seek its roads of development.This article started from the mobile film's connotation, and defined it clearly firstly, then analyzed mobile film's features from the creation, dissemination and commercial dimensions to reflect its differences with the traditional film. It studied the design and creation of mobile film primarily. It analyzed mobile film from four aspects:the type, play design, camera language, and post-production to find out the mobile film's unique features of design and creation, using the film and television theories and taking some films of the mobile film festivals and Zonbo media as example. Finally it discussed the mobile film's way of communication and operation. And it attempted to find out its adaptive operation pattern to realize its commercial value.
