Since the 20th century, with the advance of global educational reform, China's music discipline reform emerged with new ideas and posture. Under the new curriculum reform, secondary school music curriculum objectives also have undergone a more significant change and progress than before, which can be seen in three dimensions, namely knowledge and skills, processes and methods, attitudes and values, varying from a single approach to multiple, integrated and balanced approaches. The realization of music curriculum goals is influenced by multiple factors included in macroeconomic background and specific implementation process. To study these elements, not only is theoretical support needed, but also the analysis and research in the specific implementation, thus helping us better understand and promote the realization of music curriculum goals.The new music education curriculum reform for secondary schools has brought about good opportunities for development. At the same time, it makes more humane, more specific requirements for the realization of music curriculum goals. The realization of music curriculum goals is influenced by the relevant elements in the process of implementation and the development of relevant elementsare is also restricted by the curriculum objectives .When these elements meet the basic requirements of music education, they promote the development of curriculum goals, otherwise, they will obstruct the realization of course objectives. This paper conducted surveys, interviews and analysis on middle school music curriculum objectives in specific elements of the implementation process of from three aspects including the social macro-context, course objectives specific implementation and other affecting factors. In the analysis and research about the realization of elements affecting the course objectives, the paper separates these elements at various levels and different aspects, but it doesn't mean the elements are completely fragmented and impact is the inflexible in the process of curriculum goals. In the realization of the specific process of curriculum goals, the elements are closely linked and interactive. These complex linkages between the affecting factors determine the realisation of course goals is a long-term, repeated and gradual improvement in the process.The paper investigates and analyses impact elements under the new curriculum reform in secondary school music curriculum goals and puts forward six suggestions on how to better achieve music curriculum goals according to actual situation.
