Creativity is of great importance not only for the progress of the whole society,but also for the all-round development of individuals.cultivating and bringing up creative talents have become academia and international social issues of common concern.The development characteristics and secondary school students have always been the most active and concerned issues in this field.The study selects 1967 students in grade 4 and grade 8,and uses two creative thinking tasks to investigate the development characteristics and influencing factors of primary and middle school students'innovative thinking,and there may be gender and grade differences in the process.In addition,this study also focus on the relationship between student creativity and school environment factor,teacher factor and individual factor,this paper reveals the grade differences and possible gender differences in the development of creative thinking and influencing factors of primary and secondary school students,and constructs a multi-layer linear model of school environment,teacher and individual factors and creative thinking.Creativity is the ability to produce novel and used products that are accepted by a particular social culture.The empirical study of this paper includes three formal studies,and research 1 tests the measurement characteristics of the tools used by the Institute.The indexes of the students' Innovative Learning Characteristics Questionnaire and the innovation tendency trait questionnaire have reached the requirements of the measurement,which can be used as an effective evaluation tool.Research 2 mainly investigates the developmental characteristics of primary and secondary school students' creative thinking and their differences in gender and grade.There are differences in students' creative thinking in grade:the score of grade eight is higher than that of grade four,and there is no difference in gender,but there is a significant difference between gender and grade:the total score of creativity of boys in grade four is higher than girls,but the girls in grade eight are higher than those of the boys.Research 3 mainly investigates the interaction between students'individual factor,teacher factor and school environment factor on primary and secondary school students' creative thinking.First of all,we find that students' individual innovation traits can promote creativity development,while students' learning ability weakens their influence on creativity.Secondly,we find that teachers and school environment have indirect influence on students' creativity.Finally,a three level linear model of the influence of school,teachers and individuals on creativity is constructed,which provides a theoretical basis for the development of students' creativity.In a word,the cultivation of students' creativity is a systematic project,it is necessary to combine the innovation environment creation of the school,the improvement of teachers' innovative teaching ability,the characteristics of students'innovative learning and their creative tendency,improve from the macro to the concrete,layer upon layer,finally achieve the goal of improving students' creativity and core accomplishment.
