Preschool period is the most important period for the development of Traditional course and teaching are challenged by the new idea of basic course reform. The change of teaching and learning for music teachers becomes an urgent task. However, there is an obvious gap between the way of traditional further education and the career development for music teachers. So, a new approach is needed to solve this problem so as to help the music teachers achieve the goal of further education in their career.This paper makes an analysis of teacher's career development and learning community and describes a sample formula based on the internet and regional linkage, trying to find the common features or balance between the two.There are four chapters in this paper. Chapter one describe the features of the traditional further education and its gap in teachers'career development. In Chapter two, features of career development are discussed in the aspects of the core value of music course, music education and tacit knowledge,and The structure of knowledge of music teachers. Chapter three describes learning communities'meanings and features, concluding an idea that learning communities is good for teachers'career development. In Chapter four, the application of learning communities is discussed in aspects of the internet and regional linkage.
