Chongqing City, The Cultural Industry Development Model Study

In recent years, with the cultural economization tide's advancement, cultural industry has become a hot topic in the economic world and the cultural circle, which has become the focus of industrial structure optimization and upgrading around the world , received the widespread attention. From the US to Canada, from Europe's Britain, France, Germany to Asia's Japan, South Korean, Chinese Hong Kong, the cultural industry in the world, has become a bearing industry of regional economic structure strategic adjustment and an important pillar industry, beyond the automotive, aerospace aviation and other traditional industries, showing vitality and dynamism of a emerging industry.The 17th National Congress of the CPC first proposed a "cultural soft power", who more than ever before highlighted a clear-cut emphasis on strengthening cultural construction, cultural undertakings and cultural industries, and increased the importance of national cultural soft power. The party, according to the new requirements of the economic, cultural ,political and social construction and on a "four in one" strategic height, make the strategic decision that we promote "a new upsurge in socialist cultural construction," and " cultural development and prosperity" .Recently, despite rapid growth of cultural industries in Chongqing, the cultural industries in the overall scale is comparatively small and fairly undeveloped, still being In medium level ,compared with the national developed provinces in cultural industry. The case is very disproportional to the famous cultural city status with the strong cultural and historical tradition and the strategic position which is proposed in the "314" strategic plan as the upper reaches of the Yangtze River economic center and the western growth pole, so it is greatly significant to study the Chongqing cultural industry. In this paper, reading and summarizing the literature related to cultural industries at home and abroad based on the first review the theory of cultural industries at home, at first, we introduce the status of the development of cultural industries at home and abroad, so that the study of Chongqing cultural industries would begin with a theoretical support and background knowledge. In this paper, we make the analysis of the cultural industries development status in Chongqing , including the scale of cultural industries in Chongqing, structure ,layout characteristics of cultural industries and position and the role in the regional economic development. Then, based on Michael Porter's "diamond model" as a theoretical foundation, building the cultural industries evaluation index system of 40 districts and counties of Chongqing and evaluating the development of cultural industries in Chongqing. We draw the conclusion that the development level of the cultural industries shows a clear regional difference and an obviously uneven development as the factors behind the choice of the model. Followed by the cause analysis of regional differences, we reach the conclusion that these factors such as the cultural and educational factors, economic development level, related industries, and information gathering ability have the very tremendous influence to the development of cultural industries in Chongqing leading to the differences level of cultural industries development. After introducing the general pattern of the development of cultural industry, putting forward important factors of cultural industries mode choice which should be considered as the strength and factors of cultural industry development of Chongqing , We have obtained the culture industrial development pattern and the suggestion finally.
